Tattoo I, 2005.
Ink on Skin, 4 x 4 in.

Tattooing is a extremely different artistic medium.  Not only is the artist unable to erase or paint over a mistake, thus the person must be able to envision the entire piece prior to beginning, but the individual must work on a disproportionate canvas at all times due to the elasticity of the skin atop the challenge of creating visible lines using various configurations of three to seven grouped needles.  Overall, I dislike the product of tattooing due to the pigment of human skin demanding a coloring book-esque black outline in order for the work to be readily visible.
