    Eisenhower's Speeches - Eisenhower Memorial Commission is the most comprehensive site by far with an annual directory for 1939 and each subsequent year from 1943 through 1966.  (Eisenhower died in 1969 at the age of 75.)  Hundreds of speeches are here, all in text format.  Parent site is the Eisenhower Memorial Homepage from the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Commission.
