Come and join the SEMO MODEL UN CLUB!!!!!!

Located here on campus is a Model United Nations Club of which I am the faculty advisor. In addition to discussing matters relevant to the UN, the club also hosts a Model UN conference for area high schools and participates in several simulated United Nations events throughout the school year. Current plans call for the club to attend a Model UN conference in Chicago during the Fall semester (November 18-23) and another conference during the Spring semester (conference yet to be determined). CLASS ANNOUNCEMENTS

October 5 -- Don't forget that your midterm is due by 11:59:00 PM on 10/7.

As mentioned in class, your midterm is due on Friday, October 7 by 11:59:00 PM.  You are expected to take this test through the Tests and Quizzes link on this web site.  You also have 2 hours to take this exam. 

In addition, don't forget that Stage #1 of your research paper is due this upcoming Monday (October 10) by 11:59:00 PM in the class DropBox. 

September 14 --  Change to class syllabus.

As mentioned in class, we will be watching a movie in class on Friday (9/16) regarding MNCs (another form of international organizations).  To that end, you are expected to complete a short reading (around 20 pages) before coming to class on Friday.  The reading can be accessed through a link to a PDF file on the class assignments web page.
